The Multicultural Business Coalition brings together chambers, business organizations, community leaders and strategic partners with a shared commitment to strengthening multicultural businesses and the communities they serve. MBC recognizes that the needs and experiences of communities are not identical. Effective collaboration begins by respecting the unique heritage, traditions and experiences of the people and organizations within our coalition.

By connecting organizations across cultures and communities, MBC creates opportunities to share resources, strengthen relationships, advance advocacy and address economic disparities. Our work extends beyond any single community or issue. MBC seeks to build a national network through which member chambers and organizations can collaborate, increase their collective influence and better serve the businesses and communities they represent.

The mission of the Multicultural Business Coalition is to empower multicultural and diverse communities by strengthening the chambers and organizations that serve them. Through culturally responsive collaboration, advocacy, resources and strategic partnerships, MBC works to expand economic opportunity, reduce disparities and help member organizations respond to the evolving needs of their communities.

Vision

We envision communities where individuals and businesses, regardless of cultural or socioeconomic background, have equitable access to the resources, opportunities and support they need to thrive. MBC seeks to build bridges across cultures while honoring the unique heritage, traditions and experiences of the communities represented by our member organizations. Through collaboration with local and national stakeholders, community leaders and partner organizations, we work toward greater economic opportunity, stronger social integration and sustainable growth for multicultural communities.
